The Venue App is where you manage everything that plays across your venue's screens. It lives at cms.barboards.tv and works in any modern web browser — desktop, tablet, or phone.
The app is organized into four modules. Everything you'll ever need to do sits in one of them.
Creatives
Upload and manage the ad content that plays across your screens.
Schedule
Assign live sporting events to specific TVs by date and time.
Ad Plays
Review what actually played, in real time and historically.
Reports
See performance metrics and impression data across your venues.
What this means for your venue
Most day-to-day work happens in two of them. Your bar staff live in Schedule — that's where tonight's games get assigned to screens. Your marketing or ownership side lives in Creatives and Reports — that's where promotions go up and where you see whether they ran.
Ad Plays is the receipt. When you need to confirm a specific spot ran at a specific time in a specific venue, that's where you look.
